As an Assistant Director Strategy with the EY-Parthenon team, you will help clients develop growth and investment strategies, evaluate potential transactions, and apply proprietary frameworks to optimize capital.

The Opportunity

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a prominent firm and be instrumental in the growth of a new service offering. You will provide solutions to unstructured client problems, lead large teams, and contribute to intellectual capital in your area of expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in strategy and operations.
• Spearhead case teams to deliver growth, market, and portfolio strategies.
• Lead corporate strategy studies for EY-Parthenon clients.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to intellectual capital and firm building activities.

Experience And Skills For Success

Key skills include growth strategy, market entry assessment, go-to-market strategy, portfolio and corporate strategy, business model redesign, and strategic cost evaluation. Experience working with global stakeholders and technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx, VBA, and Python are a plus.

Qualifications

MBA or Master’s from a Tier 1 B-School, CFA or CA charter holders are required along with experience at a Big Four Firm or large consulting/research firm.
