Position Overview

As an Experienced U.S. Business Immigration Attorney with EY Law LLP, you will help companies address challenges associated with managing a globally mobile workforce. You will handle immigrant (green card) and non-immigrant (temporary work visas) applications along with comprehensive U.S. immigration advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of challenging U.S. business immigration services.
  • Prepare, review, and submit immigrant, non-immigrant, and PERM applications in a high-volume environment.
  • Provide technical legal expertise and strategic business solutions.
  • Manage client deliverables and team member expectations.
  • Implement best practices within the U.S. immigration practice team.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong technical and procedural understanding of U.S. business immigration law.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent managerial, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

JD and admission to any U.S. state bar. At least 2 years of U.S. business immigration experience, with an emphasis on high-volume H/L NIV, IV and/or PERM filings.
