About the Role

The Digital Manager at EY is a key position within the EY-Assurance team, responsible for leading teams and managing project delivery across regions and sectors. This role requires end-to-end project ownership to ensure high quality and consistent service.

Position Details

As part of our team, you will work closely with associates, seniors, team leaders, and assistant managers to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects. Your responsibilities include strategizing project goals, resource coordination, risk management, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also be responsible for managing technical engagements covering Automation, Transformation, Data Visualization, and Financial Accounting engagements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of operational and project/program management experience.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and a good understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives.
  • Good to have: PMP, Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master Certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with onshore and global stakeholders.
  • Oversee service delivery and quality assurance for multiple projects.
  • Coordinate and manage technical engagements in Automation, Transformation, and Data Visualization.
  • Handle operational aspects such as resource management, KPIs, and risk management.
  • Participate in business development through proposals and client presentations.
