Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support our digitalization agenda by:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
• Analyzing and documenting existing business processes to pinpoint improvement areas.
• Creating functional specifications and contributing to Agile user stories.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to align solutions with needs.
• Participating in user acceptance testing and providing project updates.

Skills and Attributes for Success

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in business administration, Business informatics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field. You should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, SQL, BPMN, and Power BI is a plus.
