About the Role
The Data Protection and Privacy Analyst supports the Ethics, Compliance, and Risk Management (ECRM) team. You will assist in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and EY policy requirements. This includes updating our data inventory, processing activities, applications, and suppliers, as well as responding to data subject rights and internal data access requests. Additionally, you will help manage and document data incidents and support metrics analysis and reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate compliance with data protection laws and EY policies.
- Update and maintain data inventories and processing activities.
- Assist in responding to data subject rights and internal requests.
- Manage documentation of data incidents and related activities.
- Support risk monitoring, control assessments and due diligence reviews.
Skills And Attributes For Success
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, research, project management, and problem-solving skills. Being flexible, organized, and tech-savvy is essential. A background with Microsoft Word and Excel is required along with 1-3+ years of relevant experience.
