Role Overview: Data Protection and Privacy Analyst
This role is part of the Ethics, Compliance, and Risk Management (ECRM) team. You will support data protection compliance by updating data inventories, handling data subject rights requests, managing data incidents, and supporting metrics analysis.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate compliance with legal, regulatory, and EY policy requirements.
- Update and maintain data inventories and processing activities.
- Assist in responding to data subject rights and internal data access requests.
- Manage and document data incident activities.
- Support metrics analysis and reporting on Data Protection trends.
Skills and Attributes for Success
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, research, project management, and problem-solving skills. You must be organized, flexible, technology savvy, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 plus years of related experience.
- Ability to review submissions and evaluate data requests.
