Job Description:

In a context of developing our activities around data and artificial intelligence, we are currently looking for a Senior Data Product Owner specialized in data and AI projects. You will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of all or part of the projects, from design to delivery, with a focus on innovative and data-driven solutions. You will play a central role in orchestrating projects and will be the primary point of contact between technical teams (Data engineers, Data scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers), business teams, and clients.

Main Activities:

• Data/AI Needs Scoping: Collect needs, understand and gather client requirements for data analysis and visualization. Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to identify data and AI use cases. Define and write functional specifications/User Stories and ensure their alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Design and Development Monitoring: Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure the quality and feasibility of solutions. Participate in technical workshops to ensure the smooth integration of data pipelines, AI models, and APIs. Oversee the lifecycle of AI/data products, from prototyping to industrialization (MVP, POC, production deployment).
• Agile Project Management: Lead and coordinate the project team using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Track deliverables, planning, budget, and deadlines. Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent alternatives.
• Quality and Performance: Ensure deliverables comply with defined quality standards (model accuracy, pipeline scalability, operational efficiency). Deliver data-driven solutions that meet client expectations in terms of business value, while ensuring robustness and maintainability.
• Client Follow-up: Act as the primary client contact for their data/IA projects. Maintain fluid and transparent communication with clients throughout the project. Ensure strategic alignment between client objectives and delivered solutions.

Candidate Profile:

Our future DATA/AI talent:

Graduated from an engineering or computer science school, or a data/IA-focused program, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data or AI project management, ideally in an Agile environment.

Data and AI Expertise:

• Good understanding of data and AI tools and concepts: data pipelines, machine learning, big data, data visualization, cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with methodologies and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or equivalents.
• Understanding of concepts like data lakes, ETL pipelines, or industrialization of AI models.

Product Management Skills:

• Ability to translate business needs into clear and feasible data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of specific data domain KPIs (model quality, accuracy, processing cost, calculation time, AI project ROI).
• Excellent communication skills: ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional English proficiency for interacting with international clients and teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

• An Agile certification (Scrum Product Owner, SAFe, etc.).
• Experience in using or managing BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) or data visualization tools.
