About The Opportunity

EY AI & Data is a leading advanced analytics capability in Asia-Pacific, composed of over 500 specialists. The role involves implementing data-driven strategies, designing and building comprehensive data environments, and utilizing modern BI tools and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and define technical issues.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools.
  • Write advanced SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Develop and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
  • Extract, transform, and load complex data sets from various sources.
  • Ensure data quality, implement validation, and perform testing in ETL processes.
  • Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Stay updated on latest technologies and best practices in data engineering and business intelligence.

Skills & Attributes for Success

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst. Prior experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Qlik is preferred.

Desirable Experience

  • Dashboarding with Power BI, Qlik, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Consulting experience and direct client engagement.
