The Opportunity

This full time role is part of EY's Digital Engineering Team, where you will work with multi-disciplinary teams from around the world. You will be involved in drafting functional specifications, data requirements, and system integration requirements for Compliance IT implementations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide domain guidance in areas such as AML, Fraud, Trade Surveillance, Transaction Monitoring, Financial Crime, KYC, and Sanctions Screening.
• Create and own user stories and functional specifications in an Agile environment.
• Use SQL for data analysis and articulate findings with PowerPoint or PowerBI.
• Perform techno-functional testing and automate testing processes where feasible.
• Collaborate with architects and application teams while guiding junior staff during delivery phases.

Required Skills & Attributes

• 4-7 years of IT experience in Compliance IT domains.
• Strong background in Agile-driven project methodologies and functional testing.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and relevant BI tools.
• Experience with industry leading Compliance platforms such as Actimize, Mantas, Fenegro, or Feedzai.

Preferred Qualifications

Agile certifications and familiarity with AI tools (Co-pilot, Gen-ai) are a plus.
