About the Role

The Communications and Engagement Senior Associate at EY plays a key role within the EY Brand, Marketing and Communications team on the GDS network. The position focuses on creating compelling internal communications content and managing internal channels such as group mailbox, SharePoint and Viva Engage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal communications and engagement programs.
  • Roll out communications strategies across stakeholder teams.
  • Develop, deploy, and track effectiveness of communications campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and high quality deliverables by adhering to EY brand standards.

Skills & Attributes

Candidates must support EY brand guidelines, demonstrate an eye for detail, and be adept at executing and measuring communication initiatives. Innovative thinking and the ability to challenge and collaborate with peers and senior stakeholders are essential.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years overall experience with 5+ years in communications and engagement.
  • Degree in marketing, journalism, communications or public relations preferred.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing and communications trends.
  • Experience with content CMS, analytics, SharePoint, and other digital tools.
