The Opportunity
The Marketing Automation and Martech Senior Associate is responsible for: executing end-to-end tactical campaigns, improving processes, and educating users on campaign best practices. You will assist the Marketing Automation and Martech Lead in integrating marketing technology tools and ensuring data flow and security.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing automation campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support email marketing with strong Marketo expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather content, assets, and target audience data.
- Provide project support including testing use cases.
- Report campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data.
- Assist in integration projects (Marketo, Lens, CRM Dynamics, ADP, D&B Optimizer, chatbot rollout, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, Cvent).
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes and best practices.
- Champion the EY brand across all external campaigns.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, Agile project management, troubleshooting and familiarity with the marketing technology ecosystem are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in Marketing Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years using Marketo.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Adherence to data compliance policies (GDPR, CANSPAM) with strong customer journey insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in marketing technology, data management and analytics.
- Storytelling and consulting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Organized self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technologies and Tools
Marketo (or similar Marketing Automation platform), D&B Optimizer, ADP, Cvent, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, CRM Dynamics, Microsoft Office, HTML, CSS, and scripting.
