Business Support Centre Executive Assistant
The role is offered on a flexible full-time basis (12-month fixed term contract) within a hybrid work arrangement in either Naarm (Melbourne) or Warrang (Sydney). You will provide high quality, consistent and efficient administrative support across multiple geographies and service lines in a local and virtual environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage expense claims for Senior Managers and Directors.
- Coordinate and respond to emails in EY's Security shared mailbox and support baseline security applications.
- Schedule and organize internal/external meetings, travel bookings and itineraries.
- Organize client events, manage logistics, catering, AV needs, and venue arrangements.
- Conduct client/industry research, update client databases and process vendor payment requests.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in technical training or coaching is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with senior management and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience working virtually and independently while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 3 years work experience is required, ideally with secretarial services in a team environment. Candidates must be located in Sydney or Melbourne, be Australian citizens, and eligible to obtain NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
