Programme Overview

At EY, the Business Consulting Graduate Programme helps organisations navigate disruption and transform their businesses while you study for a professional qualification. You will work on solving complex challenges as companies adapt to the digital age.

We are building a better working world by transforming businesses through the power of people, technology and innovation. In close collaboration with our Technology Consulting practice, we support clients through technological and operational transformation to generate long-term value.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborating with a variety of clients from start-ups to established organisations.
  • Listening to client challenges and defining effective strategies.
  • Developing proposals and business cases for EY and its clients.
  • Analysing trends in sectors like banking, retail, telecommunications, media and technology.
  • Working across a dynamic portfolio with a hybrid work model.
