Opportunity Overview
The Bilingual Sourcer, Supervising Associate role supports EY Canada’s Contingent Workforce Management Program by sourcing and qualifying on-demand candidates for various engagements across Canada. Reporting to the CWF Program Leader, you will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high quality candidate matches and contract support.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and interview independent consultants for staffing requests.
- Vet consultants against RFP and task requirements.
- Negotiate contract rates and advise on market rates.
- Coordinate resume updates and support in-person interviews.
- Maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Provide end-to-end recruitment support and consultancy.

- Strong bilingual communication in French and English.
