The Opportunity
You will act as a trusted talent advisor and business partner for one or more business stakeholder groups. In this role you will:
- Understand and influence business strategy and workforce requirements
- Provide advice on strategic talent matters such as workforce planning and change management
- Develop proactive relationships with global and regional Talent leaders
- Lead talent workstreams for business-led projects
- Support complex employee relations and change initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to Global SL Talent Leadership, you will:
- Interact with senior business leaders to advise on talent matters
- Translate business needs into prioritized talent solutions
- Leverage data and analytics for workforce planning
- Champion talent change projects across regions
- Maintain effective internal networks and communication channels
