The Opportunity

You will act as a trusted talent advisor and business partner for one or more business stakeholder groups. In this role you will:

  • Understand and influence business strategy and workforce requirements
  • Provide advice on strategic talent matters such as workforce planning and change management
  • Develop proactive relationships with global and regional Talent leaders
  • Lead talent workstreams for business-led projects
  • Support complex employee relations and change initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to Global SL Talent Leadership, you will:

  • Interact with senior business leaders to advise on talent matters
  • Translate business needs into prioritized talent solutions
  • Leverage data and analytics for workforce planning
  • Champion talent change projects across regions
  • Maintain effective internal networks and communication channels
