The Opportunity

EY is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in CRM platforms. In this role, you will analyze business processes, translate them into system requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to optimize our CRM systems for enhanced customer experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements
• Analyze and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer experience
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve engagement
• Provide actionable insights through detailed reports and dashboards
• Document business processes, system configurations, and user guides
• Conduct process reviews to identify improvement areas

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field along with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Must have a strong understanding of CRM processes and platforms, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
