  • A diploma in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Certificates in ACTA/ACLP (1.0 or 2.0 preferred).
  • Experience in learning business process redesign, learning science, curriculum design, and learning analytics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
  • A passion for creating a positive learning culture and coaching team members and clients.
