Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Learning Transformation People Consulting professional, you will:

- Perform analyses of learning needs and redesign learning processes.
- Improve the effectiveness of learning programs to achieve business outcomes.
- Build valued relationships with stakeholders.
Skills And Attributes For Success
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A diploma in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Certificates in ACTA/ACLP (1.0 or 2.0 preferred).
- Experience in learning business process redesign, learning science, curriculum design, and learning analytics.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- A passion for creating a positive learning culture and coaching team members and clients.
