Role Summary

This role is within the SaT TSE team, which provides a full range of operational support across the M&A transaction life cycle including divestitures, carve-out readiness, integration support and post-deal activities across global engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of post deal integration and separation engagements.
  • Drive project execution including Day 1 readiness, workplans and risk analysis.
  • Head multi-functional M&A project teams across on-shore and GDS teams.
  • Conduct industry and deal analysis to identify portfolio opportunities.
  • Mentor team members and lead business development initiatives.
  • Adopt new technology and collaborate to develop methodologies and accelerators.

Desired Skills and Experience

Candidates should have 10-12 years of experience in the M&A life cycle, integration and separation, with strong financial analysis and project management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and exposure to analytical tools like PowerBI, Python, and Macros is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field.
  • Proven experience in cross-border M&A and post-announcement integration.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
