Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of Agentic AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges.
- Stay current with Generative AI advancements and optimize existing solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Engage in commercial goals, pre-sales activities, and proposal quality initiatives.
- Manage stakeholders, client relationships, and project deliverables.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in AI model development and deployment.
- Expertise in Generative and Agentic AI with consulting experience.
- Familiarity with the finance domain preferred.
- Proven track record in complex AI projects and actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- A portfolio of successful AI projects or research is highly desirable.
