This role is for an AI & Data Consultant within the Financial Consulting division.

Job Responsibilities (AI & Generative AI)

• Innovate and improve business processes using the latest AI technologies such as Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI Agents. This includes identifying AI-driven process improvement tasks, conducting feasibility analyses, designing AI-centric business processes, and standardizing work procedures.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client business requirements to design AI system construction specifications, including detailed requirements for operations, data, and training data.
• Execute PoC (Proof of Concept) or pilot projects before full AI system implementation, encompassing project planning, business process ideation and design, detailed PoC/pilot requirements, and training.

Job Responsibilities (Work Diet / Process Innovation)

• Identify business improvement areas and derive improvement requirements/tasks through in-depth work analysis.
• Devise innovative work tasks utilizing new technologies and systems such as AI, Open API, and sandboxes, focusing on process redesign, workforce reallocation, and automating improvements with 4th industrial revolution technologies.

Job Responsibilities (Data & Advanced Analytics)

• Establish business strategies for data utilization and identify tasks to promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Derive requirements for building data platforms.
• Perform advanced analytics and modeling using data, and derive business initiatives.
• Enhance analytics capabilities using AI and Machine Learning.
• Establish a Data Governance framework, including strategies for data collection, management, and security.
• Derive report requirements using visualization BI tools.
• Enhance analytical domains (conceptual/logical ERD) to support multi-dimensional analysis.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree from a domestic or international four-year university.
• 2-15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data/digital strategy consulting or business.
• Experience in business innovation utilizing the latest AI technologies such as AI, Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI Agents.
• Experience in current situation analysis, benchmarking leading companies, establishing vision/strategy directions, deriving tasks, and developing implementation roadmaps.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Relevant certifications and practical experience are a plus.
