EY-Parthenon S&E is the strategic consulting practice within EY, combining unconventional and creative skills with client capabilities to define and implement viable strategies for successful business development.

Disruptive Strategy is our team of digital enthusiasts, focused on emerging technologies and AI. It's our most dynamic and rapidly growing practice, having doubled in size over the past year. We collaborate with colleagues across all EY solutions and sectors, as well as with Transaction and Consulting areas.

What You'll Do

You will participate in commercial action development and project execution. In a constantly evolving digital world, we value your eagerness to learn and contribute new ideas.

Our practice focuses on the following projects:

• Designing AI and data strategic plans, identifying up to 100 use cases for various companies.
• Supporting implementation with our EY Technology teams.
• Developing custom AI and analytics solutions for clients (forecasting, location intelligence, pricing, customer analytics, growth analytics, etc.).
• Conducting due diligence and value creation processes with private equity firms to analyze the impact of AI on their portfolio companies or potential acquisitions.
• Leveraging EY-Parthenon's global solutions and tools, such as the Value Accelerator, to assess the value generation from AI applications.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and AI (and 8-12 years of total experience) to join our Disruptive Strategy practice in Madrid. Your role will involve providing services in the aforementioned fields to corporates, private equity, and their portfolio companies. You will be involved in project leadership, proposal development, and commercial action.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a strategic consulting boutique, a strategy department within a Big Four, or a large technology consultancy. Roles must be strictly related to AI and analytics; other experience in these types of companies will not be considered.
• High level of English proficiency, both oral and written.
• Advanced proficiency in essential consultant tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Energetic, curious, intellectually driven individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who enjoy teamwork.
• Excellent management, communication, and client relationship skills to lead commercial action and projects with a high degree of independence.
