The Opportunity: EY Parthenon Strategy Consultant
We are actively seeking applications for the Consultant level, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse clients on their most challenging and important issues. As an EY Parthenon Strategy Consultant, you will help clients prepare for the future within EY-Parthenon’s flat organizational structure, enabling direct involvement across many levels of client work.
Our team employs a methodical and collaborative approach to jointly address key strategic questions with clients. Your involvement will include:
- Working with senior leaders to develop organizational strategy, encompassing purpose definition, strategic objective outlining, customer segment identification, new market entry planning, go-to-market approach development, capability mapping for success, and performance tracking.
- Delivering commercial due diligence to support both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
- Conducting business development activities to secure projects with potential clients.
- Building team community through initiatives, thought leadership, recruitment involvement, and internal team support.
