About the Role

EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution Deal Management Health Director is a key leadership role focused on executing high-profile global transactions in the Health sector. You will work with health systems, payer organizations, and health-focused government entities to drive transaction strategy and execution across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.

The Opportunity

This role involves managing complex transactions, preparing integration and separation plans, and advising on risk mitigation while applying a commercial mindset. It requires deep sector expertise and a strong background in operations, consulting, and health care transactions.

• Lead transaction strategy within the health care industry
• Manage merger lifecycle from pre-sign to post-closing
• Develop partnership strategies and board facilitation
• Advance business development and practice initiatives
• Leverage AI and analytical tools for insights
