At EY-Parthenon, as the Deal Management Health Director, you will join a team known for transformative strategy and execution in high-profile global transactions within the health sector.

The Opportunity

This role focuses on transaction strategy, execution and partnership development, working with health systems, payer organizations, healthcare services, and health-focused government entities. You will manage projects across the M&A lifecycle including pre-sign, sign-to-close and post-closing.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead transaction strategy and execution for health engagements
• Develop separation/integration plans and value enhancement ideas
• Advise on risk mitigation and operational change
• Manage client relationships with senior executives and Boards
• Contribute to business development and practice initiatives

Applicants should demonstrate leadership, comfort in ambiguity, strong business acumen, agility, and a results-oriented mindset. Proven expertise in health care M&A, analytical capabilities, project management skills, and relationship building are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare; MBA/MHA preferred
• 5 years related work experience (or 3 years with a graduate degree)
• Significant management consulting experience
• Deep understanding of the health care sector
• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions
