Role Overview - Senior Planning Analyst - Marine
The Marine Senior Analyst is responsible for coordinating governance and facilitating the delivery of impactful business plans, stewardship reports, analysis and insights for the Global Marine team. Your strong analytical skills, judgment and communication will drive better business decisions and performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Marine strategic planning through annual corporate planning activities.
- Lead monthly financial and operational stewardship including variance and KPI analyses.
- Prepare discussion materials and facilitate stakeholder conversations for actionable insights.
- Drive insight generation by engaging advisors and initiating cost savings projects.
- Champion process improvements and digital transformation while scaling best practices.
- Collaborate with the Marine KPI and global KPI teams on tool development and validation.
- Respond to ad-hoc business analysis requests and support tool enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, Business Administration or related field with a GPA of 6.0 or above. Minimum 4 years of work experience with hands-on experience in planning, analysis, forecasting, or stewardship reporting. Familiarity with supply chain, marine facilities and operations is a plus. Proficiency in English, strong communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience with SAP, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, Adaptive and Microsoft Office is preferred.
