Role Summary

The Cloud Platform Automation Architect will lead the AI-driven transformation of multi-product, multi-cloud software release pipelines. This role focuses on architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, implementing robust QA and integration testing frameworks, and enhancing production monitoring and observability using intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current software release processes for AI-driven automation improvements.
  • Implement intelligent test automation systems to enhance QA frameworks.
  • Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines across multi-cloud environments.
  • Continuously refine automation strategies to boost reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set best practices.
  • Design automation systems aligned with complex multi-cloud architecture.
  • Develop project plans including resource allocation and budget estimations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Provide training on AI-driven testing and automation best practices.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline. Extensive experience in automation architecture, DevOps, or similar roles in high-scale cloud environments is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Go, along with experience in cloud platforms, is essential. Candidates must be comfortable with automated testing tools, CI/CD pipelines, and observability technologies like Prometheus and Grafana.

Work Environment & Compensation

  • Reporting to the Chief Development Officer
  • Hybrid work environment with some travel required
  • Remote work available from Canada
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Salary: 140,000 - 170,000 per year
