We are looking for a DevOps Expert specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to work on the automation, quality, and stability of the platform's solution lifecycle, from development to production. This professional will play a key role in implementing DevOps, security, and governance best practices, ensuring efficient, traceable processes aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics solutions (customizations, plugins, flows, and managed solutions).
  • Automate deployments between environments (Development, Staging, and Production).
  • Manage CRM solution versioning and release control.
  • Integrate CRM with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • Ensure DevSecOps practices, incorporating security throughout the pipeline.
  • Support rollback, hotfix, and incident management processes.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure technical and operational standards.
  • Standardize environments and automate infrastructure where applicable.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience with DevOps applied to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, and Boards).
  • Experience with Power Platform CLI and CRM solution automation.
  • Proficiency in version control (Git).
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability.
  • Understanding of security, environment segregation, and auditing.
