About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for you: a Recruitment Consultant within one of our labels: Logistics or Legal. In this role, you will help people find their dream job. Are you looking for a new challenge at a company where your job satisfaction is as important as that of your candidates?

Our Offer

  • Gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €2,900 based on 40 hours per week.
  • Opportunity for salary increases four times a year.

What will you do as a Recruitment Consultant?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for recruiting various candidates and supporting clients in filling vacancies. Your daily activities include:

  • Recruiting and selecting candidates for diverse vacancies.
  • Conducting telephone and personal interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and ambitions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Actively approaching and acquiring new clients through telemarketing.
  • Actively contributing to recruitment strategies and improvements.
  • Managing your own candidate pool and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

  • Affinity with the Logistics or Legal job market.
  • You are an eloquent speaker, energetic, and optimistic.
  • Available for at least 36 hours per week and living in the Amsterdam region.
  • You feel completely at home in Amsterdam.
