Our Offer
- Gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €2,900 based on 40 hours per week.
- Opportunity for salary increases four times a year.

What will you do as a Recruitment Consultant?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for recruiting various candidates and supporting clients in filling vacancies. Your daily activities include:
- Recruiting and selecting candidates for diverse vacancies.
- Conducting telephone and personal interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and ambitions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Actively approaching and acquiring new clients through telemarketing.
- Actively contributing to recruitment strategies and improvements.
- Managing your own candidate pool and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

- Available for at least 36 hours per week and living in the Amsterdam region.
