Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will conduct in-home consultations, provide personalized estimates, and offer tailored sales solutions along with innovative design options for flooring projects. Your ability to build rapport and create a superior homeowner experience is key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home estimates and measurements.
• Close sales effectively while collaborating with the team.
• Utilize flooring samples to assist client decision-making.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in in-home or outside sales.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and climb stairs.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
