Internship & New Grad Opportunities
This program is ideal for students and new graduates from fields such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Business Technology, and related disciplines. Opportunities include internships and co-op programs with flexible terms, typically starting in Winter 2026. Candidates must be available for at least 4 months, with preference given to those available for 8 months or more.
What to Expect
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to build cross-functional networks, contribute to innovation, and continuously learn through coaching and mentoring. Work terms may be full-time or part-time, conducted in a hybrid work model from EDC’s headquarters in Ottawa or from one of the Community Hubs across Canada.
Eligibility & Application Process
Candidates must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or have a valid work visa. They should be currently enrolled in post-secondary studies or have recently graduated (within one year). Applications are accepted on a rolling basis from October to December 2025. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. Compensation Details
Salary ranges from $42,900 to $56,550 annually depending on the candidate's study year and level. Detailed breakdowns are provided based on year of study.
