Position Summary

The Sales Manager leads a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through collaboration with Marketing and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Leadership & Development: Motivate and develop a high-performing sales team, set clear goals, provide coaching and training, and hold regular team meetings.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop sales strategies, collaborate with Marketing, identify new business opportunities, and monitor market trends.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare reports, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure lead conversion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, ensure excellent customer service, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, and Recruitment to align efforts and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales with minimum 2 years in sales management.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical skills with CRM software proficiency.

Working Conditions

This office-based role involves occasional travel and possible evening/weekend work. Physical demands include extended periods of sitting or standing during meetings.
