Position Summary

The Sales Manager leads a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue. This role involves developing sales strategies, coaching and training the team, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role closely collaborates with Marketing and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, set clear targets, provide coaching and training, and hold regular team meetings.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, align with marketing campaigns, identify business opportunities, and monitor market trends.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare regular reports, manage the sales pipeline with proper follow-up.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, ensure excellent customer service, and manage escalated issues.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work with Marketing, Operations, and Recruitment teams to support lead generation, order fulfillment, and sales talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in sales management.
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales data and using CRM software.

Working Conditions

This is an office-based role with some travel to meet clients and team members. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for special projects or client meetings. Physical requirements include the ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
