Work Schedule

A 5-day workweek including a Saturday or Sunday is required with appointment slots typically starting at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM. You are expected to attend three pre-scheduled in-home appointments daily along with in-office training sessions once or twice a week.

On the Road

Travel is required with appointments located 30 minutes to 2 hours away.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home estimates for renovation projects (bath/shower, windows, doors).
  • Provide professional advice and sincere guidance to potential customers.

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Strong communication, memorization, and organizational skills.
  • Preferred experience in direct or in-home customer sales.
  • Preferred knowledge of home improvement sectors, especially bath/shower and windows/doors.
  • Ability to close deals on a one-call close appointment.
  • Self-motivated, multitasking, and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
