About the Role

RH is about taste and scaling luxury design. The Interior Design Project Coordinator contributes to the success of RH Interior Design by supporting Lead Designers and managing key phases of the interior design project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Provide a luxury experience for RH Interior Design clientele
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation
  • Coordinate initial project phases including consultations and site visits
  • Serve as primary client liaison from order placement to installation
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams at all levels
  • Ensure project schedules and timelines are met
  • Represent the RH lifestyle brand with professionalism
  • Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry
  • Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery

Your Requirements

  • Experience within a design firm, high-end showroom, or luxury retail
  • Proven success coordinating concurrent projects
  • Strategic with a relationship-driven mentality
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs with proper techniques
  • Maneuver effectively around the Gallery, stock room, and office
  • Prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and bending
  • Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
