About the Role: Interior Design Consultant

As a Design Consultant, you will provide a luxury experience to RH Gallery walk-in clientele by assessing their needs, educating them on design services, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact to product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Live RH's vision, values and beliefs daily.
  • Provide luxury service with product expertise.
  • Qualify and educate clients on design services.
  • Manage all phases of the client experience.
  • Grow and maintain a strong client base.
  • Achieve fiscal goals.
  • Represent the RH lifestyle brand professionally.
  • Support visual and quality standards in the Gallery.

Requirements

  • Experience in a design firm or luxury retail.
  • Background in Art, Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
  • Strong people and relationship skills.
  • Strategic thinking and mental agility.
  • Highly organized and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift items up to 25 lbs using proper techniques.
  • Ability to maneuver across Gallery, stock room and office.
  • Prolonged standing and varied physical positions.
  • Driver's license preferred and ability to travel.
