Tech Digital Support Specialist - AI & Project Management, Automotive

About the Role

At Expleo Group, we are expanding our team and seeking a Tech Digital Support Specialist - AI & Project Management, Automotive to join our Digital team. You will collaborate closely on Product Compliance projects within the automotive sector. If you are passionate about technology, automation, and working with digital tools, this position is for you!

🚀 Your day-to-day will involve:

• Providing transversal support for tools, applied AI, and project control for our clients.
• Supporting Product Compliance projects from a digital perspective.
• Controlling and tracking project tasks within the area.
• Utilizing software tools like JIRA, Office, and specific industry programs.
• Participating in initiatives related to applied AI, automation, and process optimization.
• Developing technical documentation, manuals, and associated reporting.
• Supporting document management and digital processes within the department.

What Will Make You Succeed?

Education

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience using IT tools (JIRA, Office, specific software).
• Participation or support in projects involving applied AI and process automation.
• Genuine interest in the automotive sector.
• High level of English (for an international environment).

• Ability to document, organize, and structure technical information effectively.
