Job Description
Senior Capability Manager
As part of the Operations Management team, reporting to the Saint Priest agency, you will take on the role of Senior Capability Manager. You will be a key player in intermediate management, ensuring operational performance and client satisfaction while supporting team development.
Missions
- Supervise a team of 80 to 120 people.
- Oversee the daily operations of your unit on multiple projects with different clients.
- Ensure optimal project delivery within deadlines, budgets, and contractual obligations.
- Drive the performance of your scope (profitability and growth) and optimize team utilization rates.
- Act as a primary client interface and guarantee client satisfaction.
- Collaborate actively with our Resource Managers for resource allocation and the input of recruitment and subcontracting plans.
- Actively contribute to the development of your scope and participate in the development of complex offers.
Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering.
- Significant experience in operations management and team management (ideally in a multi-project environment) within an engineering service provider company.
- Solid knowledge in engineering, ideally in one or more of the following areas: embedded systems development, embedded hardware, or embedded software.
- Proven skills in budget management, resource optimization, and client relations.
- Recognized for your leadership, ability to influence, and capacity to manage change.
- English level: B2/C1
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
