Job Duties
- Utilize professional networking and sourcing technology (Bullhorn, TextKernel, LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, Indeed, Dice) to recruit diverse IT candidates for financial services projects.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure client projects are staffed on time with top talent.
- Attend local networking events to generate a strong talent pipeline and cultivate referral sources.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants.
- Partner with clients to consult on IT talent needs and deliver workforce solutions.
- Achieve weekly and quarterly performance targets in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Participate in training, coaching, and mentoring programs to develop advanced technical recruiting expertise.
Ideal Background
- 3+ years of professional technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced IT or Engineering recruitment agency.
- Experience leveraging local networking events to build talent pipelines and referral sources.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing techniques (Bullhorn, TextKernel, LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, Indeed, Dice).
- Experience utilizing AI platforms for workflow and decision-making.
- Proven ability to produce results, hit goals, learn quickly, and adapt to market changes.
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated track record of planning and managing a busy workload.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
