Sr. Salesforce Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the IT support team supporting CreditCenter and Risk-related technology solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Lead the development and support of Salesforce platform enhancements related to Wholesale Credit technology. Collaborate with team members to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective fixes. Guide a team of 5+ developers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Design and implement solutions using Salesforce SFDC, REST API, APEX, and Visualforce. Participate in architecture discussions, technical solutions, and deployment processes.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience supporting IT systems and databases.
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform implementation.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce SFDC, AppExchange, REST API, and Data Loader.
  • Experience with APEX, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
