About the Role: IT Project Manager Integration
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and integration sector, is seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager Integration. As an IT Project Manager Integration for Experis, you will play a crucial role in leading, coordinating, and managing enterprise-wide integration projects.
What's the Job?
- Lead, coordinate, and manage enterprise-wide integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables using tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and MS Project.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across various teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate regular project updates, status meetings, and comprehensive reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in Information Security or IT environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of information security concepts, policies, and governance standards.
- Experience managing complex projects related to mergers, acquisitions, or system integrations is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
