About the role

Compliance Technology Analyst

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst with experience in banking and technology environments, who will act as a liaison between regulations and development teams, ensuring the correct regulatory implementation in digital products. This is a key role in connecting regulation, business, and technology.

Main Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Analysis and Monitoring: Interpretation of technological banking regulations (PSD2 / PSD3, eIDAS, SWIFT, etc.). Monitoring legislative changes and analyzing their impact on technological products.
  • Translation of Regulations to Functional Requirements: Defining functional requirements for development and product teams. Liaising with technology to ensure correct regulatory implementation.
  • Regulatory Backlog Management: Managing and prioritizing regulatory requests. Evaluating impact, criticality, and regulatory risk. Coordinating with stakeholders from different areas.
  • Cross-functional Support to the Organization: Collaboration with product, technology, QA, risk, and legal departments. Development of functional guides and training sessions on new regulatory obligations.

Profile Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
  • Experience: +3 years in: technological banking regulatory compliance, regulatory functional analysis, technological risks, or regulated product experience. Experience working with development teams.
  • Knowledge: Technological banking regulations (PSD2 / PSD3, eIDAS, SWIFT, etc.).
  • Key Skills: Analytical and synthesis capability for complex regulations. Effective communication with technical and business profiles. Prioritization based on risk and regulatory criteria.

Conditions

  • Work Model: Hybrid: 2 days in the Tres Cantos office and 3 days remote.
  • Flexible Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00. Friday: 08:00 – 15:00.
  • Summer Intensive Schedule: 3 months of intensive work during the summer.
