- Conduct labor market research to guide sourcing strategies.

- Provide recruitment metrics, candidate feedback, and hiring timeline reports.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recruitment experience; technical and insurance backgrounds are assets.
- Familiarity with U.S. and/or Canadian employment legislation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in modern recruitment technologies and adaptable with new tools.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA; proficiency in French or Spanish is an asset.
