  • Support recruitment efforts for Head Office Operations roles in Canada, USA, and Puerto Rico.
  • Maintain communication with hiring managers and stakeholders with timely updates.
  • Utilize search platforms to post job ads, source candidates, and screen applications.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct labor market research to guide sourcing strategies.
  • Create compelling job postings to attract top talent.
  • Provide recruitment metrics, candidate feedback, and hiring timeline reports.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year recruitment experience; technical and insurance backgrounds are assets.
  • Familiarity with U.S. and/or Canadian employment legislation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in modern recruitment technologies and adaptable with new tools.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA; proficiency in French or Spanish is an asset.
