Experior Financial Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our IT/Development team. This role is essential to improving product clarity, enhancing requirements documentation, and ensuring strong communication across technical and business teams. Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
• Write clear and complete user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for engineering teams.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, dependency discussions, and clarification meetings.
• Support Agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring requirements are ready and understood.
• Analyze workflows, system behaviors, and business needs to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with QA and development to ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with business needs.
• Maintain documentation using platforms such as Jira and Confluence.
• Validate outputs produced via AI-assisted development to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Communicate effectively with distributed teams, ensuring clarity, follow-through, and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience writing: User stories, Acceptance criteria, Functional requirements.
• Experience leading or facilitating requirement discussions with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile environments and sprint-based development workflows.
• Ability to interpret system behavior, data flows, and technical constraints at a functional level.
• Strong written documentation skills and exceptional clarity in communication.

The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment: $70,000 - $80,000/yr USD. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
