Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to agents, associations, and insurance carriers.
- Foster and sustain positive, professional relationships with agents, associations, and insurance providers.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Undertake additional responsibilities related to the Broker Support Administrator role as assigned by your immediate manager.
- Propose enhancements for processes and technology to improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update the department’s process manual.

- Previous experience in office administration is required.
