Job Description
Project Manager AI & Data Transformation
At eXperience IT Solutions, we continue to grow and are looking to incorporate a Project Manager specialized in AI and digital transformation to lead strategic initiatives in international environments.

What will be your mission?
You will be the link between technical teams and management, leading the implementation of AI initiatives and ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
Main Functions
- Lead the governance of AI and Data projects.
- Coordinate executive committees (SteerCo): reporting, follow-up, and decision-making.
- Manage the implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) in Data & AI.
- Drive the adoption of AI in the organization (change management).
- Coordinate AI training programs with HR.
- Design internal communication initiatives (AI newsletters, workshops, etc.).
- Prepare executive presentations for clients, management, and events.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation environments.
- Knowledge in Data, Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence projects.
- Ability to communicate with technical profiles and C-Level executives.
- Experience in designing or implementing operating models (TOM).
- Minimum B2 English level (essential).

- PMP Certification.
- Knowledge In: LLMs and their lifecycle, Integrations via APIs, Data Governance / AI.
