Role Overview

The Commercial Business Analyst Global Pricing role is pivotal in our Pricing Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the Pricing Consultant and Head of Insights, you will streamline pricing governance, enhance operational efficiency and support regional teams with the tools and data needed for commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve pricing processes for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support the rollout of governance frameworks such as CPQ and approval workflows.
  • Manage pricing updates and ensure system data integrity.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align tools and processes.
  • Assist in new product introductions from a pricing systems perspective.
  • Administer and enhance pricing systems including CPQ, ERP modules, and pricing engines.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in pricing or sales operations, hands-on experience with CPQ systems (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, PROS, Vendavo), excellent Excel skills, and a background in global or matrixed organizations. Bonus qualifications include Lean/Six Sigma and ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle), or exposure to subscription/service-based pricing.
