About the Role: Commercial Business Analyst Global Pricing

As a Commercial Business Analyst Global Pricing in the Pricing Centre of Excellence, you will be the operational backbone of pricing strategy. Reporting to the Pricing Consultant and Head of Insights, you will turn complex pricing systems into streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve pricing processes to boost accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support the roll out of governance frameworks like CPQ and approval workflows.
  • Manage pricing updates and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align tools and processes.
  • Support new product introductions and pricing system changes.
  • Administer and enhance pricing systems including CPQ, ERP modules and pricing engines.

Qualifications

  • Experience challenging the status quo in pricing or commercial roles.
  • Background in pricing operations, sales operations or commercial support.
  • Hands-on CPQ systems experience (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, PROS, Vendavo).
  • Strong knowledge of pricing processes and B2B governance.
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with data manipulation.
  • Experience in global or matrixed organizations.
  • Bonus: Lean/Six Sigma, ERP experience (SAP, Oracle) or subscription/service-based pricing.
