Client Onboarding Consultant - Experian

About the Role
As a Client Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end setup of clients, users, products, and payers according to contractual agreements. Your role is crucial in ensuring successful client implementations by collecting necessary documentation, maintaining clear process status, and meeting timelines without delay. You will proactively identify and escalate any concerns regarding scope and deliverables to management. This role reports to the Client Onboarding Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify the accuracy of all required documents, collaborating with clients and internal teams to complete onboarding tasks for successful implementation.
- Conduct onboarding client meetings, preparing and distributing agendas, meeting minutes, and collecting necessary documentation from clients.
- Collect relevant client information to accurately set up client accounts.
- Participate in all required internal and external meetings to support client onboarding.
- Maintain and share the status of assigned Client Onboarding tasks, updating all required applications.
- Document, obtain approvals for, and track all changes impacting client onboarding, communicating these changes to relevant parties.
- Proactively report any issues or concerns related to assigned Client Onboarding to Leadership for guidance.
- Develop strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and loyalty with clients and other teams.
- Maintain and achieve performance expectations.
- Assist with other assigned responsibilities as requested by Leadership.
Work Schedule
You will work a Central Time Zone schedule. This is a REMOTE role that can be located anywhere in the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with OneNote, Excel, and Teams.
- Salesforce experience.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodology and software tools.
- Understanding of computer systems, processes, and PC desktop applications.
- Familiarity with business unit products and operations.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the business unit's industry.
- Limited travel required.

Compensation Details
The base pay range for this position is $50,992 - $88,386 annually. Individual pay is determined by work location and factors like job-related skills, experience, and education. This role is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
