Job Description
Join Experian as an Unemployment Claims Analyst to support Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. In this role, you will coordinate with clients, manage unemployment claims, and communicate with state agencies to ensure a successful claims process. Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive responses, fielding additional requests and filing appeals when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary claim information
- Prepare and submit comprehensive responses to unemployment claims
- Field and assess additional information requests from state agencies
- Advise clients on appeal success likelihood and next steps
- File appeals with state agencies to request hearings

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in the unemployment claims management industry, with proven ability to prioritize multiple work items and work autonomously.
