Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager, Collections is focused on developing and executing product strategy for Experian’s collections software in the EMEA and APAC markets. You will own the transformation of on-premises PowerCurve Collections to a Collections as a Service model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the regional product roadmap in collaboration with Global Product Management.
- Create migration strategies for transitioning current clients to the new SaaS model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product propositions and market go-to-market plans.
- Gather market feedback and manage product lifecycle from launch to sunset.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to sales teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of software product management experience in financial services or related sectors.
- Proven track record of launching innovative SaaS products.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in developing business cases.
- Knowledge of credit originations, collections, and decisioning software is desirable.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
